Explore results in the Viewer
Overview
The Viewer (imaging-viewer) is the interactive route to your analysis results: it renders one application at a time as a navigable graph so you can trace structure, dependencies and call paths down to individual objects. The guides below are organized around what you are trying to do - choose the task that matches your goal.
What you need
The imaging-viewer component is optional and separately licensed, so it is not present in every deployment. It is included in installation scenarios S1, S2 and S3 - see CAST Imaging components and Choose your deployment.
Results reach the Viewer as part of the analysis: the job’s Upload stage ends with Upload to Viewer - see Run analysis. Once a deep analysis finishes, the application is ready to open with nothing further to do.

Understand and investigate
Map your application’s structure: its components, dependencies, call paths, functional breakdown, and interactions with other applications.
Find specific objects, transactions, and data call graphs, and track what has changed between successive analyses.
Assess and plan
Surface structural quality flaws, outdated third-party components, environmental impact, and sensitive data.

Work faster and share
Use CAST Imaging’s AI-driven services to explain objects, summarise transactions, and document application behaviour.
