Introduced GraphRAG support in the MCP Server.	This release adds a new GraphRAG toolset that enables semantic search and exploration over existing GraphRAG data stored in Neo4j. Users can search for relevant code context, discover extracted entities and concept topics, inspect relationships between entities, retrieve generated documents linked to Imaging objects, transactions, data graphs, and services, and validate the GraphRAG runtime configuration.
