Initial access
Overview
To access CAST Imaging Express , two different approaches are available:
- Request a free-trial account using the following link: https://www.castsoftware.com/cast-imaging-trial . A confirmation email will be sent to you containing instructions about how to proceed.
- Request a subscription (full paid access) by sending an email to contact@castimaging.io.
A free-trial account is limited, for example:
- available for one month only
- limited to the analysis of one application with less than 250k LOC
- other limitations with regard to result investigation
Download, install and run CAST Imaging Analyzer
When you have access, you’ll need to:
- Download, install and run CAST Imaging Analyzer on your local machine, for example for Microsoft Windows:
If you are using a Linux or macOS operating system, you can run the CAST Imaging Analyzer in a Docker container.
- On your local machine, select your source code, choose a name for your application and run a profiling:
- Run a deep analysis and upload your results:
- Consult the results in CAST Imaging Express:
