This page provides solution to the problem where an error message - "Unexpected Error" pops up when selecting an application from the application filter as shown below.

1. Connect to the HD portal.
2. Do a filter by.

1. This issue can occur when there are corruptions on the measurement schema
   1. If you are using a measure schema of version greater then 8.2.x then you can check this corruption as follows:
      1. List consolidated snapshots and status, for this please refer to the following page: ListSite(HDSite)

      2. Search for the following warnings in consolidation log file:
         

         Warning : Links are missing in this snapshot.
         Warning : Snapshot has no value for number of code lines.
         Warning : This snapshot should be deleted from measure site

      3. Get the central schema name from where the warnings occurs, for this search for the first keyword "Found Site" before the Warnings, for example in the following log the name of the central schema is "application_central"

      4. Re-consolidate the central databases that have warnings, for this please refer to consolidate one specific Application from a CAST Dashboard Service
      5. Refresh HD
