Action Plan
- Open the Server Manager log file and check for the Error message that must be an SQL Error Message like below :
- Navigate to the below pages
- Server Manager - Update Database - Fatal Error - Central base fails to update
- Server Manager - Update Database - Fatal Error - Common to all bases
- Server Manager - Update Database - Fatal Error - Local base fails to update
- Server Manager - Update Database - Fatal Error - Management base fails to update
- Server Manager - Update Database - Fatal Error - Cannot create Cast-MS process
- If the problem do not match any case listed in this page, report the problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the Relevant input in order to reproduce the issue. For the support investigation, the database that must be used are the backup of databases before migration.
