This is a known issue when installing the CISQ index Extension and OMG Index Extension in 2 separate steps.
It is permanently fixed in CAST AIP 8.3.34.
As a workaround, you need to
- Disable/remove CISQ and OMG-ASCQM Index extensions.
- Install latest CISQ and OMG-ASCQM Index extensions on the schemas.
