This page will help you to solve problems related to the installation of Extensions in Server Manager.

After having downloaded the extension items, the installation of the extensions will be done in two steps :

  1. The Manage Extension Step that will Upload the Extension Metamodel in the databases selected.
  2. The installation of the Extension plugins (in any) in the delivery folder.

Action Plan
  1. If you are downgrading the extension version, then:
    1. Please take a backup of the databases before downgrading.
    2. Please make sure that any dependent extensions are also downgraded as you may have installation issues otherwise.
      1. For example if downgrading the extension HTML5 from 2.0.10 to 1.7.6 then the jquery extension will also need to be downgraded as it is a dependency for HTML5. 
    3. Make sure that all downgraded extensions and their dependencies are available in the extension folder
    4. A new snapshot and analysis will need to be done again after the downgrade to ensure proper results
