Action Plan

Proceed with the following steps

  1. Open CAST-MS log file and check for the same error message as shown below :

    From the above screen shot we can see that the fatal error is This connection has been closed.
  2. Select the case you are facing from the below pages
  3. If you do not find the information you are looking for or solution for your problem, in this page, contact CAST Technical Support with the below Relevant Input in order to reproduce the compute snapshot issue.
