Purpose (problem description)
Cast storage services not getting started and throws error:
"Windows could not start the Server service on <service name> Error 193: Oxc1"

Step by Step scenario
- Try to restart CSS services
Action Plan
Reason : When the Microsoft Service Control Manager launches a service it checks the path to the executable. If there are any files with the same name in the directory as the the first word in the directory name, it will fail with the above error.
- Check all the folders that are in the path to the executable and
- Make sure there are no files with the same name as the first word in the folder name.
For example : A file called "program" is there in your system drive (c:)
Deleting the C:\program will solve the problem.
