Step-by-step
  1. Run analysis
  2. Launch TCC
  3. Navigate to Transaction Configuration →Entry/End point node
  4. Observe the issue
Action Plan

Perform the below actions:

  1. Not all extensions implement default configuration. Make sure that the extension provides a configuration kit  to navigate to the extension install folder located at %ProgramData%\CAST\CAST\Extensions\*com.castsoftware.<extension name>.<extension version>*\configuration\TCC\Base_<technology name>.TCCSetup,.  If the file exists and the file contain configurations on it then the extension will implement default configuration. You can perform next step, otherwise the extension doesn't provide default configuration, you will need to configure custom configuration.
  2. The issue can be due to the fact that the extension  installation is not proper. To remediate perform the following steps:
    1.  Navigate to transaction configuration.
    2. Right click and select import configuration.
    3. Select the path %ProgramData%\CAST\CAST\Extensions\*com.castsoftware.<extension name>.<extension version>*\configuration\TCC\Base_<technology name>.TCCSetup.
    4. Save and restart TCC.
  3. If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support and provide the following Relevant input
