Tools - Content Enrichment Migrator - Release Notes

First version

Limitation : 
This first version only allows user to export/import the whole content enrichment in a row. If user wants to migrate only certain tools, then they will have to manipulate the intermediate XML files generated by the export script, at their own risk.
Future versions will lift this limitation, and user will be able to select which tools they want to export/import, based on the tool type or the tool name
