Action Plan
- With the relevant input listed below, first check the cast_caip_setup_cmd.log located in the %TEMP% directory (see below for more information on this log and where to find it)
- Examine the contents of this log which may provide an indication of where the installation problem resides.
- Generally, the problem should be towards the end of the file.
For example, in one case, this log contained the message: "unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in CommonRu.zip" which led to an indication that the file was either corrupted or that the prerequisites for installation were not followed,- The action in this case was to verify that the prerequisites had been properly followed and that the image had been properly downloaded.
- Re-starting the installation can potentially resolve the issues if the files are not corrupted.
- Generally, the problem should be towards the end of the file.
