Engineering Dashboard - Quality Rules - Missing Quality Rules

This page troubleshoots issues where the Quality rule is missing from ED as shown in the screenshot shown below.

1. Launch ED
2. Search for Quality Rule(s)
3. The message "No results were found to match your search" appears

Perform the below actions

1. If you are navigating to list of Quality Rules from Quality Model Tile then there is a bug due to which the Quality Rules are not displayed on IE browser as a work around use any other browser. This issue is fixed in Cast AIP version 8.3.2

2. Check if you are facing the following corruption and re-mediate if this is the case: Corruption in the table VIEWER_ACTION_PLANS_LOG

3. Get the Quality Rule ID refer - CAST Engineering Dashboard - Information - How to get the ID of a Quality Rule

4. Check if the quality rule has zero total checks by executing the below query on the Central Database - SQL Queries - CAST Central Base - Queries on quality rules - How to get the total check of a quality rule per module and per snapshot

   If the query returns zero rows for the Quality Rule then navigate to the page to follow the troubleshooting steps - CAST Engineering Dashboard - Quality rule - Missing Quality Rule
