- Navigate to Advanced Search View
If you observe that violations are not displayed in Advanced Search view, please follow the below steps:
- This issue can be due to TEMP_VIOLATIONS table in central schema. Follow the below steps to resolve the issue :
i. Drop table TEMP_VIOLATIONS
ii. Stop tomcat
iii. Then, drop the folder ED located at <war-folder>/indexesDirectory/ED (the folder with the domain name under indexesDirectory)
iv. Restart tomcat
v. Next, using the static/default interface, send a PUT request : ED/violations-index (don't forget the PUT, if you let the GET you will have a 404 error)
vi. Connect to engineering and go to the advanced search
