Action Plan
- Identify the technology involved in the Alerts:
- Go to the Package content tab
- Go to the section Packaging alerts > Alert summary per type as shown in the below screenshot
- If the project type contains in its name .NET, then it is .NET Technology :
- Make sure that you have followed the instructions given in the Official documentation .NET - Packaging, delivering and analyzing your source code. Same information is also explained at Tools - DotNET - DotNET analysis checklist for troubleshooting any crashes
- If the project type contains in its name Java, then it is J2EE technology :
- Make sure that you have followed the instructions given in the Official documentation How do I handle J2EE-specific DMT delivery alerts
- Navigate to the below pages :
- If the above points do not help, contact CAST Technical Support with the Relevant Input in order to reproduce the issue.
