Action Plan
- For all the packages of the version, edit the package and check in the package content that the section File found is not empty:
- If the Files found is empty, it is a reason explaining issues you may have during the export of the detailed report:
- Make sure that all the steps of the package have run without any issues by checking the log of all steps :
- If some of the steps have failed with error messages, resolve these messages and run the package again.

- If none of the above points help you, contact CAST Technical Support with the Relevant Input in order to reproduce the issue.
Relevant Input
- Sherlock Output. The option to select : Export Configuration files. If you launch DMT via AIC Portal and your delivery has not been successful, don't run Sherlock and retrieve the DELIVERY folder manually instead, at the following location on the machine you have launched DMT: %TEMP%/CAST/CAST/DMT.
