Step by Step Scenario
- Extract the PeoplCode by using the DMT
- Configure PeopleSoft Jobs in CMS
- Run Analysis
Action Plan
This error occurs due to to the generation of empty .uax files or having the size 0 bytes by the Database extractor.
- Check the directory containing the extraction for existence of such files. If there are such files then this is a known bug and it is fixed in 7.3.3. From 7.3.3 the empty uax files are not generated.
- Use the latest version of CAST AIP with latest compatible version of Peoplesoft package. Taking into account the compatibility of UI with CAST AIP we recommend you to use the latest version of CAST AIP with latest compatible version of Peoplesoft package.
- If you are still facing this issue on supported version of CAST AIP then contact CAST Technical Support with relevant input.
Impact of error on Analysis Results and Dashboard
Analysis - Analysis fails when this error is encountered. Cannot proceed further.
Dashboard - N/A
