Action Plan
  1. Identify what your view should contain by looking at the screenshots in the official documentation - User profiled pages
  2. If you have error on specific features then first select your feature from the list under - and then select the problem under the feature.

    For instance the view in the below screenshot is - FRAME_PORTAL_INVESTIGATION_VIEW

    The view should normally contain the details present here - Investigation - Quality Model Drilldown
    So the feature that you are having problem with is Source code. Hence you will select
    CAST Engineering Dashboard Component CEDCAST Engineering Dashboard - Source code 
  3. But if you have the error in more than one feature or in the entire view you see only the error message then please select the section you are interested in.
  4. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input:
