  2. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input:

For CAST Technical Support Only - Support will reproduce the issue by clicking Export All Button after importing the Central Database

  • CAST Support Tool (CST) - alias Sherlock export with the following options Export Configuration files, Export Computer Environment, Export CAST Bases with Central base
  • Complete screenshot of the dashboard with URL and footer pointing the data you are exporting

  • If the problem is with the exported data then the CSV Export formed at your end which has problem
