Syntax error during re-analysis
When an object exists already in the Analysis Service and is analyzed again, and when the analyzer encounters a syntax error during this re-analysis, the object is dropped from the Analysis Service. When the syntax error is fixed and the object is analyzed again at a later time, it is re-created in the Analysis Service as a new object. This behavior has the following consequences:
When the object is removed from the Analysis Service:
- it is counted as deleted object in the CAST AIP dashboards
- it disappears from saved Enlighten views
When the object is re-created in the Analysis Service:
- it is counted as new object in the CAST AIP dashboards
Limit on source code file characters for upload to CAST Dashboard Service schema
CAST AIP does not support the upload of source code files to the CAST Dashboard Service schema for use with the CAST AIP dashboards (Engineering Dashboard / legacy CAST Engineering Dashboard) to display source code, if the source code file exceeds 20 million (20,000,000) characters.
