Transaction Configuration Center - Launch - Fatal Error
Purpose
This page helps you to troubleshoot issues while getting an error when connecting on TCC, for example:
This error is considered as a fatal error because you will not be able to use TCC.
Note that you can Launch TCC by double clicking on TCC executable 
or using CLI
