Action Plan

  1. Get the name of the snapshot from where you are expecting to observe the missing Transaction:

  2. Check if the Transaction is part of the snapshot, for that refer to SQL Queries - CAST Central Base - SQL Queries on Transactions - How to retrieve the list of Transactions per snapshot

    1. If the query returns ‘f’ then the Transaction is not part of the snapshot, we need to check if the Transaction is seen under AFP Calibration node:

      1. If the Transaction is seen under the AFP Calibration node, then check if the Transaction is not Deleted:

        1. If the Transaction is Deleted, then it’s normal that the Transaction is missing from the Enhancement node.
        2. Else If the Transaction is not Deleted, then the Transaction should not be missing from the Enhancement node, contact CAST Technical Support with the following Relevant input
      2. Else if the Transaction is not seen under the AFP Calibration node, then refer to the following page for further investigation Transaction Configuration Center - AFP Calibration - Transactional Functions

    2. Else if the query returns ’t’ , then the Data Function is part of the snapshot, but TCC is not reflecting it, contact CAST Technical Support with the following Relevant input

  3. If the above steps do not resolve your issue, then contact CAST Technical Support with the following relevant input
