Transaction Configuration Center - Enhancement - Display AEP Detail - Incorrect Effort Complexity Total value
Purpose (problem description)
This page helps to understand the issue where Effort Complexity total displayed in the AEP Detail report in TCC is not matching with the manual calculation.
You can see from below image that the EC total should be 1.05 + 1.00 + 1.15 + 413.78 = 416.98
But the EC total is mentioned as 415.98 in the above report

- Navigate to Enhancement View
Action Plan
If you observe the EC Total value is not matching the manual calculation then please check the below points:
- This is not a bug since the number of EC Deleted is not considered in the count of EC TOTAL . For example, In above report,
So, EC Total would be ( Excluding EC Deleted as per the functionality): EC Added+ EC Updated + EC Unchanged = 0.18+2.55+413.20=415.98 as displayed in the report.
