Perform the below actions
When you perform a Compute application Function point, TCC Build sets susceptible to be part of the list of entry point, end point, Data Functions and excluded items (for more information refer to Transaction Configuration Center - Information - Compute function points and load results - Error Free Logs - CAST AIP 8), and the error inform us that there is an issue while generating Sets:

So the issue occured during generating Sets, in order to confirm that try to generate the error by building Sets:

If the error is generated then refer to Transaction Configuration Center -Transaction Configuration - Generate Set - Fatal Error - DataSet XXX references DataSet XXX which does not exist
