Step by Step Scenario

Open TCC.
Go to “My System”
Go to Application -> Result
Click on the button “Compute function points and load results”

Action Plan

Issue has been raised in the past, the issue was related to windows 7/server 2008 behavior. When launching an application from search results list, Windows changes the application’s working directory to “Search Results” folder, instead of the original installation folder, thereby losing the folder reference to the other applications in the same folder (DSSrun.exe in this case).
1. Ensure that you are not launching TCC after searching for the executable on the flat using the search engine of windows.
