&lt;p&gt;This error is generally due to not having proper administrative privileges to install CAST.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Contact your local system administrator or IT support to assist you with this task.  To install CAST, you need administrative privileges.
