Server Manager - Update Database - Fatal Error - Cannot create Cast-MS process
Description
When upgrading to AIP 8.3.47, we come across the error -

Step by Step Scenario
- Run upgrade Via AIP Console
Impact of the Problem
There is no direct impact on the Analysis or Dashboard but it is only when you successfully migrate you will be able to proceed further.
Action Plan
The issue is coming from a corrupt installation of CAST AIP. To solve the issue,
- Reinstall CAST AIP.
- Restore the bases.
- Run the migration again.
- If the above points do not help you, contact CAST Technical Support and provide the below Relevant input in order to reproduce the issue.
