&lt;p&gt;When starting Server Manger especially after deploying an official CAST UA and following the instructions to copy the UA files to the ProgramData area, you notice the following message in the server manager log:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duplicated Package information: XXXX&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and server manager will not allow you to proceed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A specific example would be if you had deployed the CAST PHP UA and you then see the specific message:&lt;/p&gt;
