The option Initial platform base(s) installation for Combined Install is missing.

Action Plan

The behavior occurs because of one option that has been added to the GloballySharedSettings.ini which prevents to use the combined install on server manager.
To enable this option we need to remove this option from the GloballySharedSettings.ini file.
