Purpose

This page helps in troubleshooting issues when the data displayed on the tile is wrong.

Action Plan

If you are getting a wrong value displayed then please go to the feature for which the displayed value is missing or wrong and select the type of problem.
For instance in the below screenshot your expectation is to get a numeric value displayed on the HD for critical violations added and critical violations removed but you are getting N/A
Here the feature is violation. Hence, he page to be referred is - Health Dashboard - Violations , then the type of problem needs to be selected.

Check the configuration of the tile by using the page - CAST-HD - Tile management .
1. If you have missed any parameter or parenthesis then the tile will not appear in the View.
2. If you have configured correctly then go to next step
