Step by Step scenario

  1. Take a full snapshot
  2. Open ED

Action Plan

  1. Check if the central schema contain the following inconsistencies Corruption on count of violations, added violations and deleted violations

    1. If there is an inconsistency then remediate

      1. correct the inconsistency by following - Remediate
      2. Restart tomcat application
      3. Open ED and observe if the issue is fixed.

    2. Else, if there is no inconsistency then contact CAST Technical Support and provide the following Relevant Input

  2. If the above steps do not resolve your issue, then contact CAST Technical Support and provide the following Relevant Input
