Action Plan

Perform the below actions

  1. Check if there is a corruption in the table dss_tree_ranking2 Corruption due to duplicates in the dss_tree_ranking2 table

    1. If you get duplicated rows then as a workaround you can run the following queries on your central base the proceed as follow:

      1. Correct the corruption Corruption due to duplicates in the dss_tree_ranking2 table
      2. Restart tomcat application,

    2. Else if you don’t get duplicated rows then contact CAST Technical Support and provide the following  Relevant Input

  2. If application component tile is not loading in dashboard package version 1.17.x version then please follow the below steps:

           a. From WAR file of version <1.17.x just copy the jar-postgresql-42.2.2.jre7.jar located at tomcat\webapps\CAST-RESTAPI\WEB-INF\lib\postgresql-42.2.2.jre7.jar
             into your WAR 1.17.x and hide/rename the one postgresql-42.2.11.jre7.jar in your 1.17 war.

           b. Restart tomcat service and check the result.

       3. If issue is not resolved by the above options then contact CAST Technical Support and provide the following  Relevant Input
