Engineering Dashboard - Risk - Missing risk - Column risk has NA for all the objects in violation
Purpose (problem description)
This page helps you to troubleshoot problem where NA is displayed for every object under the column Risk

Step by Step scenario
- Launch ED
- Select an application
- Goto Quality Investigation View
- Select a business criteria → Technical Criteria → Quality rule
Action Plan
Perform the below actions:
Check if the business criteria selected is TQI. If yes then this is expected behavior as per the explanation provided.
Risk column (PRI) is only calculated for Health Factor like Robustness, Performance, Security but not TQI.
As seen in the documentation as well there is no formula for TQI.
The screenshot provided in the documentation itself shows N/A for a Quality rule belonging to TQI.This column is not applicable for TQI. If you see in the Cast Engineering Dashboard as well, these two columns (PRI & RPF ) are hidden in the table that shows List of Objects violated , we have verified this on your CED.
If it is any other business criteria then check if the risk is computed for the object using the formula given in the documentation page. If the risk should have been computed but it is not then please contact CAST Technical Support with Relevant input:
