Action Plan
- Open the CAST MS log file that is in CAST Management Studio log file
- Search for the statement : starting Task Synchronize Assessment Model
- If there is an error under starting Task Synchronize Assessment Model :
- If the error is stopping abruptly the process, it is a fatal error. Identify the error.
- If there is no error under starting Task Synchronize Assessment Model, the process is long to finish, it is a performance issue.
