CMS Snapshot Analysis - Run Dynamic Link Manager - Fatal Error - An error occurred while reading from the store providers data reader

Purpose (problem description)

When running the Dynamic Link Manager Command Line Interface (DLM CLI) to review links automatically, the following error is encountered: An error occurred while reading from the store provider’s data reader.

Action Plan

Perform the below actions (Relevant input is needed)

1. This error is normally the result of an invalid management profile in the management profile list that is used by the DLM CLI. Validating that all profiles are valid and removing invalid ones should resolve this issue. Even if your DLM CLI is not referencing the specific invalid entry, it will still result in this error. To validate the profiles:
   1. Start the CAST Management Studio interface
   2. Validate each profile in the list on starting up

3. If still having issues, contact technical support with the relevant input requested.
