Perform the below actions

Issue occurs in CAST AIP versions 8.2.3 and higher. It is currently planned to be fixed in CAST 8.3.17. To resolve this issue in prior versions to the one which includes the fix, apply the below solution
1. Install the attached stored procedure ADGCQ_COUNT_ALL_VIOLATIONSon the Central Base
2. Run snapshot by skipping analysis
