The error occurs when Threshold are not sorted is ascending or descending order

Action Plan

Threshold are used to separate quality grades (poor, medium, high, very high) in Dashboard
To separate the 4 grades, the Threshold values have to be sorted in quality order (ascending or descending according to the diagnostic)

  1. Sort them manually with the Assessment Model GUI
