Step by Step Scenario

  1. Open CAST Management Studio
  2. Select a version
  3. Click Accept delivery or Set as current version.

Action Plan

  1. Go to the Delivery folder, in the version part of the version you have accepted. To navigate to this path, use the page DELIVERY Folder Structure and Contents - VersionFolderContents
  2. Search for the last extraction.Castlog2 file modified
  3. Open this extraction.Castlog2 file.
  4. If the error message is explicit like below screenshot, resolve the error message :
  5. If the error is not explicit, navigate to the page Delivery Manager Tool - Extraction - Fatal Error
  6. Accept the delivery or Set as current version again.
  7. If the above points do not help you, contact CAST Technical Support with Delivery - Relevant Input for Support to reproduce.
