Action Plan

Identify the name of the Analysis Unit having the missing information
identify the project papth of the Analysis Unit:
Open the DMT of the current version
Go to the Alert section
Check if there are alerts related to missing source folder or missing source file.
If these alerts exist, this is explaining the reason why entries are missing in the analysis tab of Analysis unit.
Re-mediate these alerts and package again after having rejected the version.
If the above points do not help you, contact CAST Technical Support with below relevant input

Sherlock (CAST Support Tool (CST) - alias Sherlock) : Export CAST Database, Export Configuration files.
