CAST Management Studio - Configuration Menu - Error - The application is not binded to the Source Delivery Server

Purpose (problem description)

When trying to accept the delivery in CAST MS, you receive an error which results in the delivery not to be accepted.

The error is the following:The application ‘XXX’ is not binded to the Source Delivery Server.

Description

This page talk about the error “The New delivery cannot be a sub-folder of the current folder” on changing the Delivery folder under Platform settings.

Step by Step Scenario

Cast MS preferences was set with Delivery as C:\CASTMS2140\Delivery
Created a new Delivery folder C:\CASTMS2140\Delivery1
Both the Delivery and Delivery1 are in the same folder.
Set the Delivery to C:\CASTMS2140\Delivery1
Click Finish
Error: The new delivery folder cannot be a sub-folder of the current one

Description

When trying to add a new version in CAST MS, you receive an error in the DMT logs:

ERROR Unknown application: XXXX

In this case, the error was due to some manual manipulation of the delivery files outside of the normal CAST processes which left them in an inconsistent state.
