Action Plan

  1. Check if the object is visible from Enlighten - ENL - Links, If the object is not visible from Enlighten then refer to Enlighten - Objects - Missing objects for more investigation
  2. Else If the object is visible from Enlighten then perform the extract in Debug mode - CAST Imaging System - Information - Export application in debug mode and contact CAST Technical Support and provide the  knowledge schema.
  3. If the steps above does not help to solve the issue then contact CAST Technical Support with the following  Relevant Input
