CAST Imaging System - Search for items - Application search is not working properly
Purpose (problem description)
This page describes possible issues that may be encountered while searching for applications. For ex: we can see that the below result has a application with the word ‘MMR’
.
When you search with the word MMR, you will not be able to find the application :

Step by Step scenario
- Search for an application using relative word in its name
Action Plan
If you observe that you are not able to search your application with a related word on its name then check the below points:
- If you are using Imaging version < 2.4.0 then this is an issue with the lower version of imaging. So please upgrade your Imaging version to 2.4.0 or greater.
- If you observe this issue in version> 2.4.0 please contact CAST Technical Support
- If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input
