Action Plan

  1. Get the number of line of code from the knowledge schema at application level, for this refer to SQL Queries - CAST Knowledge Base - Queries on metrics and diagnostics - How to get the Number of code lines at application or system level in the Knowledge Base

    1. If the value returned by  the query is the same as the one shown from Imaging System then the issue is at Analysis, metric calculation or platform level, we will need the following inputs to investigate further - Relevent Input
    2. Else If the value returned by  the query is different than the one shown from Imaging System then the issue is at Imaging System level, In this case perform the extract in Debug mode - CAST Imaging System - Information - Export application in debug mode and contact CAST Technical Support and provide the  knowledge schema.

  2. If  the steps above do not help to solve the issue then contact CAST Technical Support with the following  Relevant Input
