Details

CED supports only Microsoft Active directory (AD), so check if Microsoft Active directory is being used:
1. The structure of user must be an objectClass:

2. There is a user principal name as attribute, and must be as follows: login@domain

Description

Unable to login to dashboard with LDAP credentials. Error in standard console looks like following :

[ERROR]: [JAAS] Problem logging to directory: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A8, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1

Action Plan

This particular error code 52e indicates invalid credentials. The possible reason for this could be improper configuration ofnaming.ldap.domainparameter in the web.xml

Recheck the web.xml (EXAMPLE - C:\Program Files\tomcat\webapps\CASTAD\WEB-INF\web.xml) for line 385, if the domain is specified correctly. For example the domain could be CORP.CASTSOFTWARE.COM.
