Purpose

This page helps to troubleshoot issues when the Technical Criteria is missing from dashboard.

Action Plan

Verify in the assessment model that the technical criterion is properly associated with the required business criterion (generally including TQI). If it isn’t, correct the assessment model and run a snapshot without analysis to resolve the problem.
If at least one of the contributing quality rules has grade 4 only then the Technical criteria is displayed on the dashboard with 4. But if all the contributing QRs are missing, then the Technical criteria is missing.
