Purpose
This page helps to troubleshoot issues when the Technical Criteria is missing from dashboard.

Action Plan
- Verify in the assessment model that the technical criterion is properly associated with the required business criterion (generally including TQI). If it isn’t, correct the assessment model and run a snapshot without analysis to resolve the problem.
- If at least one of the contributing quality rules has grade 4 only then the Technical criteria is displayed on the dashboard with 4. But if all the contributing QRs are missing, then the Technical criteria is missing.
