Problem Description

Not able to generate PDF with HTTPS.

Step by Step Scenario

Connect to the Dashboard
Go to Quick access page > Report Builder
Create report based on Business Map with CAST user
Generate PDF

Action Plan

CAST do not support the use of HTTPs to generate PDF reports through Report Builder Administration Page. Please use the following work around:

Install a pdf printer (for example PDFCreator)
Click on the display button
Generate a pdf report by printing the display page using the pdf printer

Problem Description

Saving or Displaying report in the Report Builder of ADG dashboard is very long.

Example:

Login to Dashboard
1. User: USR
2. Password: XXXX
Go to Useful Links : Quick Access page : Report Builder Administration
Create new report
Create new section “FlexReport - Items” : this step is very long. It takes about 200 sec
Define filter values
Save report: this step is very long. It takes about 150 sec
Display report : this step is very long. It takes about 400 sec

The generated PDF report is empty and contains the message ‘No graph available’ as shown in the following screenshot
