Compute snapshot
Open CED
Navigate to the view FRAME_PORTAL_FAQ_VIEW_EXCLUSION view

Action Plan

To troubleshoot this issue

If there is only one snapshot then it’s normal to not have any exclusions on the Dashboard. Note that the functional behavior is to exclude a quality rule in the current snapshot in order to get the exclusion for the next snapshot. So in order to get the list violation you should re-snapshot your application. Else go to the next step
Check if there are exclusion:
1. Get the snapshots from where the exclusions are set

Description

When selecting some rules from the Investigation - Quality Model drilldown view it shows the following message “No items to show” in the violation panel when actually there are violations. This happens more frequently with rules with a high number of violations.

Go to Investigation drilldown view.
Select rule for example “Avoid stored procedures not returning a status value” for application.

Description

This page provides the details on the issue of Engineering Dashboard just showing the Business Criteria in the Investigation - Quality Model Drilldown. It does not show anything in the Technical Criteria and Quality Rules section and just displays “No Items to show”.

This page handle the issue when you are getting a non zero value for Automated Function Points Deleted:

Step by Step scenario

Run analysis and take a snapshot.
Open CED.
Navigate to the frame “FRAME PORTAL EFP VIEW”
Click on “Automated Function Points Deleted”.

Action Plan

Check if the procedure dedouble_transaction and dedouble_datafunction was executed manually, if it’s the case then there is no workaround for this issue, you have to restore the triplet corresponding to the previous snapshot and recompute the last snapshot without manually launching dedouble_transaction and dedouble_datafunction. Else if the procedure dedouble_transaction and dedouble_datafunction was not executed manually then please contact CAST Technical Support with the following Relevant input

The dedouble_transaction and dedouble_datafunction are procudures located in the following localtion : <CAST_install directory>\InstallScripts<storage service>\EFP_CENTRAL, where is CastStorageService or Oracle or SqlServer.

Action Plan

If you are in version 8.0.0 and you are using a license key without EFP, then please upgrade to the latest Cast AIP 8.0.x, this issue was fixed in 8.0.3. Apply the following page CAST Engineering Dashboard - Information - How to identify and execute SQL query involved in data display on the retreiver “RETRIEVER_TRANSACTION_LIST”, if the manual execution of the query takes a long time then you are facing a performence issue:
