AIP Console - Application Onboarding/Delivery - Deliver Version - DMT configuration deleted if Delivery not done
Purpose (problem description)
When using the AIP console, the DMT configuration configuration is deleted if the delivery is not done.

Step by Step scenario
- Create packages in AIP Console
- Save configuration and Quit without doing a Deliver action
- Configuration and packaging information is found deleted when logging back in
