Perform the following steps:

1. Check in the source code that the class reported in error log exists. If file does not exist in the source code then it is an expected behavior.
2. Check if the CMS - J2EE Environment Profiles are set in order for external modules to get resolved.
3. Check that no missing or unresolved libraries impact the resolution of ‘java file’
4. If you have not resolved issue, contact CAST Technical Support with below relevant input.
